Prof. Dr. Christian Doeller (Director of the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences) and Maximilian Prugger (Deputy Secretary General of the Max Planck Society) serve as joint Managing Directors of the Minerva Stiftung.

Not only are both Christian Doeller and Maximilian Prugger responsible for the representation of the Minerva Stiftung towards the public, but also for the incorporation of the Minerva Stiftung GmbH into the Max Planck Society as its sole shareholder.
