	Nomination, Eligibility and Selection The Heads of Departments of German and Israeli universities and research institutions are eligible to nominate teams that qualify for ARCHES. In Israel the institutions eligible for nomination are: Bar-Ilan University, Ben-Gurion University, Haifa University, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Technion, Tel Aviv University, Weizmann Institute. Direct applications by candidates are not accepted. The selection of the prize winners is the responsibility of the Minerva Fellowship Committee. Back to Programme Information.
